Milky Way at the Bixby Bridge
Early in Milky Way Season, the Galactic Center is only visible for an hour or two a night. Additionally, it lies more horizontally than it does during high summer when it is visible longer. I took advantage of this to capture it nearly parallel to the Bixby Bridge near Big Sur, California. A passing car helped me to illuminate the scene on this moonless night.
